Happy 4th of July!

First of all, I just wanted to wish you a Happy 4th of July!

But the other thing that came to mind is that old real estate saying…

“Location, location, location…” (Location is obviously important when it comes to real estate values.)

Anyhow, when I have clients moving in from out of area, they’ll often reach out and ask me around this time…

“Where’s the best location around here to watch fireworks?”

Personally, I like catching them over at Marina Jacks and Siesta Key. When my oldest was 5 years old, I took him to the beach at Seista to watch the fireworks and we had a wonderful time! So, the beach is nostalgic for me.
