Welcome to Lakewood ranch, Florida, at the Lakewood ranch country club.

Hi, this is Beth Helvey with Couture real estate. I'm coming to you from Lakewood ranch, golf and country club. This is one of the most prestigious country clubs in all of Lakewood ranch. There are three golf courses within the community. 18 hard, true lit tennis courses that you can play as well as swimming pools and a fitness center. There is pretty much anything you would like to do here in the community.

Homes range in size from 1200 square feet to just over 5,000 square feet. You are so close to everything here in Lakewood ranch country club village. The grocery store is only three miles away, UTC mall with all of its shops and fabulous restaurants is only three miles away, Main street at Lakewood ranch is only one and a half miles away, and the public beach is only about 15 miles away.

Maintenance in the country club includes cable, ground maintenance, private roads, recreational facilities, security, trash removal, water, and sewer.

Lakewood ranch country club is located in the middle of Lakewood ranch right off university Parkway. And you are so close to everything. We are less than a mile and a half away from Lakewood ranch downtown and all the restaurants and shops there. We're about two miles from UTC and only 17 miles to Siesta Key, which is one of Floridas number one beaches.

The golf club in Lakewood ranch country club is private. You must be a resident of the community in order to belong to the club. Lakewood ranch country club consists of 1,250 homes and nine different neighborhoods. There is everything in here from maintenance free villas to over 4,000 square foot Manor homes.

Through Beth, we were able to understand the market, understand the neighborhoods, understand where we wanted to be, understand the builders, whether it was John Cannon or Pruitt or all the different builders that were out there, understand the design of their homes so that when it came time to go start going through these different homes that were coming up on the market, we were able to do it through video and at a good understanding of the home and the area we wanted to live in. I think this was a process that started, uh, probably lasted four to six months. And, uh, we were able to finally find a home that we were really happy with. That was in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in, which was Lakewood ranch country club. It was close to everything that we wanted for our kids. 

If I had to do this all over again, I'd go with Beth that I certainly would recommend Beth to anybody.
